March madness is in full effect! Beginning March 13th, Target will relaunch some of their greatest(dress) hits from the ever so popular Go International Designer Collection!!! Target really has to be commended for being one of the first to collaborate with high-end designers and design cost friendly collections! Some were hits in my book (Tucker, Tracey Feith, Jovovich-Hawk) others, I could have done without (Zac Posen, Paul & Joe) and still others I would die to see (Tracey Reese, Elizabeth and James, Marc Jacobs)...Wishful thinking, I know. But hey, stranger things have happened! In the meantime, get set for the re-release of the following designers and some of their collection highlights: Luella Bartley, Tara Jarmon, Paul & Joe, Behnaz Sarafpour, Proenza Schouler, Libertine, Alice Temperley, Erin Fetherston, Jovovich-Hawk, Rogan, Richard Chai, Jonathan Saunders, Thakoon, Tracy Feith, Rodarte, Zac Posen, and Tucker. My new beauty regimen includes: target make-up remover wipes(soft and smooth and effective), Noxema for on the spot blemish treatment(always does the job) and for the grand finally...a little Hope in a Jar by Philosophy, moisturizer(with an spf, of course)! I first heard of this product on Oprah's favorite things show. I rushed right on out to my nearest Sephora and decided to try a sample...I left with samples and a Jar! What's so great about this little jar of heaven, you ask? Well, I was sold by the texture and the scent! There's a hint of lavender and it goes on like silk! And it includes an spf of 25, which all us lovely ladies should be using on a daily, sun or not! Tucker for Target is coming and I couldn't be more excited!!! If you arent familiar with Target's designer for less collections, get familiar here and here. If you dont know about Tucker and their fabulous silky dresses and flouncy blouses, get familiar here. Tucker by Gaby Basora was born in the NYC back in 2005 and quickly took off amongst the vintage lovers and Hollywood a-list celebs! Target will launch the Go Collection tomorrow online and in-store. The collection will feature jumpers, signature blouses, and the most coveted dresses and a few other treats too! Rodarte is coming to Target! This month, Go International at Target will feature a full collection of by the famed duo behind Rodarte! Kate and Laura Mulleavy have designed a 55-piece collection of feminine and flirty pieces that are sure to be worth your wild! These Cali-sisters have done their fair share of collaborations! From the Gap White Shirt collection to Target; they definitely know how to market themselves to the masses! The collection will include leggings, faux furs, leopard prints, bows, and lots of holiday dresses! The collection lands in Target December 20th! Just in time for last minute holiday shopping!! Be there or miss out!

Target is on a roll this spring/summer with their Go International Collection! This month Target will be featuring the designs, at a fabulous price point of course, by Tracy Feith(He's dressed our esteemed, First Lady, Michelle Obama) and my interest is definitely peeked!!!! Mr. Feith hails from NYC, and used to have a boutique in my hometown, L.A., on the ever so popular Melrose. Feith's known for his surfer, chic stylings, however don't be turned off by this surfer dude! His collection for Target features interpretations of his current spring/summer collection, which features a hint of Native American motifs and lots of boho chic, floral print dresses and ruffled skirts! Check out the collection in stores beginning May 17th!!! I can't wait! I'm loving the adorable floral print dress and feather print skirt!!! OOh, and for all my City fans, check out Allie from Mtv's "The City" in the ads! She looks adorable!!!!

Collabo's Strike Back!!!!

Designer collaborations strike again!!!!!Loomstate for Target and Matthew Williamson for H&M! And from what I have seen, they both promise not to disappoint! First up, for all my eco-friendly, green-girls, Loomstate! The Loomstate for Target collection will feature certified organic offerings at affordable prices. With both men’s and women’s apparel, the collection will launch on Target.com and at select Target stores nationwide on April 19, 2009, just in time for Earth Day! The pieces will be available through May 16, 2009. You can also find Loomstate at Barney's and Neiman Marcus. They make some of the softest, earth friendly tees, I have ever felt!!! I'm looking forward to setting sights on the Target collection!

Next up, Matthew Williamson! He is a big name in fashion couture! And he's giving some of us working ladies a chance to sample his more affordable line via HM, without sacrificing quality! The H&M collection from the “king of boho chic” is slated to hit stores in April of 2009. And that’s not the only expansion Williamson is working on. Shortly after his debut at H&M, the Central Saint Martins-grad will launch his first-ever men’s collection, which it seems safe to assume will be exceedingly dandy-friendly. Looks like their will be a little something for the fashion forward men too!!!

You gotta love how fashion is being made available at all price points and still keeping it's chic-ness while doing so! I know I'm amp'd to see what this collection has to offer! Hey there fashionista's and fashionisto's! It's been a minute, but all for good reason! I have a new love of my life now, who is worthy of all my time(well at least the majority of it). Yes, I am a mommy fashionista now and WoW, how amazing it is!!!! Not only will I be haute mama, but my little cherub will be on the cutting edge of fashion too!!!! So, with that said, Mymommiescloset will be on a brief hiatus, with hot fashion tips every once in a while( wouldnt want to leave you totally neglected)!
