This week I'm digging the latest in fashion trends and perfect for Summer weather, the Cut-Out! I've been noticing it a lot as of late and wondering if I could pull this look off? Well, I think yes! Especially if I go with some of the more subtle looks, which I have pictured below. I'm slowly getting back to fitness, so hopefully by next summer, I will be ready to flash a little more skin, but in the meantime, here's where I will start...

Pleats Galore!!!

Skirts have really been on my radar for the upcoming season and I apparently am not alone! The next hot thing in skirt wear are Accordion Pleats! These little numbers have quite a vintage appeal and if you love the look, but don't want to spend the bucks, check out one of your local vintage/thrift shops, like this one, which was an all time fave of mine while in undergrad, with little spending money! It kept me very fashion forward and you are sure to find a pleated skirt in one! Not really into vintage wears, but still want test out the look? Try Shopbop or Zara! They both have great takes on this classic look! Ladylike, classic, and comfort all rolled up in one pleat! I'll indulge...Well, maybe after baby!

Ok, so I'm not the type of girl to use the term sneakers(we from the West Coast prefer the term "tennis shoes") but going with the East coast for a minute, I must say these Sneakers are HOT!!!!! And if I were in the business of dropping $500 bucks on tennis shoes, these would quickly be part of my wardrobe! In the meantime, I will just admire from afar. Jimmy Choo, known for their very feminine, dainty heels(Auti represent) has decided to take a step in the more comfortable, athletic direction! Comfort and fashion all merged in one??? Summer has officially arrived and travel is definitely on the agenda!!! Travel=Packing...my least favorite thing to do. Although, I am very methodical about the whole packing process. For the last few years I have been implementing a "packing list." For me, a packing list helps me plan out my outfits while on vacay and keeps me from the dreaded OVERPACKING!!!! It also saves me room for bringing back Fabulous Finds! With that said...A must pack for me is the ever flattering, easy to wear, easy to pack(can be rolled, balled, stuffed) Jersey Dress!!! Yes ladies, the Jersey dress is back in full effect for this summer season and oh so many fun, flirty looks to choose from. Go from beach casual to evening chic, all in one dress! Just a change of shoes and accessories and you have yourself a 2 in 1!!!! How's that for easy dressing? Target is on a roll this spring/summer with their Go International Collection! This month Target will be featuring the designs, at a fabulous price point of course, by Tracy Feith(He's dressed our esteemed, First Lady, Michelle Obama) and my interest is definitely peeked!!!! Mr. Feith hails from NYC, and used to have a boutique in my hometown, L.A., on the ever so popular Melrose. Feith's known for his surfer, chic stylings, however don't be turned off by this surfer dude! His collection for Target features interpretations of his current spring/summer collection, which features a hint of Native American motifs and lots of boho chic, floral print dresses and ruffled skirts! Check out the collection in stores beginning May 17th!!! I can't wait! I'm loving the adorable floral print dress and feather print skirt!!! OOh, and for all my City fans, check out Allie from Mtv's "The City" in the ads! She looks adorable!!!!
