Kudos to Neiman Marcus at Friendship Heights, Washington DC!!!! May I highlight Ms. Cynthia Hanson, lingerie specialist, extraordinaire! This weekend, I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Hanson on finding a support garment, oh, let me just cut to the chase...A bra!!! And for me, in my current state, which is as a nursing mom, with some major tatas; this was a major affair!
Well, Ms. Hanson is the best at what she does! Not only was she able to just look at me and bring bras that were within my size range, but they were PRETTY and supportive! Sometimes, for us with larger bosom, it's hard to get both!!! But, Ms. Hanson knows her stuff and she even keeps notes on her customers, so she knows exactly what bra's work best for this rack! I was and always am, thoroughly impressed with her outstanding customer service and excellent product knowledge!!!! In addition, I was also able to have my new garment customized to become a nursing bra, on the SPOT, for an additional, small, fee! Totally worth it!!!!! It just goes to show, that even in our questionable economy, the customer is still number 1!!!!!!!!!! And service, still comes with a smile!!!! Love it!!!!
