Love vintage jewelry, but want to make it modern??? Look no further than these fabulous jewels by Lulu Frost!!!! Here's a little insight on who she is...
Lulu Frost is completely unique, using a distinctive combination of antique and modern
elements. Dartmouth College graduate, 22-year-old Lisa Salzer, creates one-of-a-kind pieces from antiques such as 1890’s cut steel buckles, forgotten keys, crafted locks and escutcheons, cameos, chandelier crystal, watch fobs, hat pins, enamel belt buckles, and other rare charms. Lisa highlights their inherent beauty with gold and precious stones.Founded in 2004, Lulu jewelry is inspired by a deep aesthetic understanding. Influences include a background as an art history and fine arts major and travels in Nepal and Europe. Art Deco and Art Nouveau were of particular interest to Lisa, and now figure prominently in the designs of Lulu Frost. Lulu Frost has been featured in Daily Candy Everywhere, the New York Daily News, New York Metro, and in an upcoming June Escapes issue of Vogue. Lulu Frost jewelry is carried by Barneys New York and has been featured in Henri Bendel trunk shows. Lisa continues to live and work in Manhattan, where she pursues Lulu Frost with a driven passion.
